It is introducing new technology that can control PET bottle formation and adjust it during the blow moulding process. The company has also partnered with another company to complete the research on blow moulding process and also validated various sample settings during a pilot production of new bottles.
The companies are also reducing bottle size to help customer regulate soft drink intake by enabling customers to measure. Since PET blow moulding machines are used to produce a large quantity of bottles. Manufacturers are also focusing on producing machines that can handle small volumes, thereby minimizing wastage and reducing the cost for small scale companies.
